India win toss and elect to bat in the 1st Test match against Australia at Adelaide

Adelaide: India were 7 for 1 against Australia in the first Test of the 4-match series in Adelaide, a shortwhile ago.

Earlier, India won the toss and opted to bat

first.

The first Test of the series is a pink-ball contest.

Australia had won the ODI series, while India walked away with the honours in the T20 series.
