KL Rahul scored his 6th Test match fifty to provide a good start to the Indian innings on Day 2 of the fourth Test match against Australia in Dharamsala. Rahul, along with Cheteshwar Pujara, steadied the innings after Murali Vijay was dismissed on 11 by Josh Hazlewood. On Day 1, left-arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav's four-wicket haul on debut restricted the Aussies to 300 all out in their first innings. Skipper Steve Smith was their best performer with a brilliant 111 while David Warner and Matthew Wade contributed with gritty half centuries.
