The cricket fraternity was in awe of MS Dhoni, who turned back the clock to finish off in style at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai during CSK's match against MI on April 14, Sunday. From the current lot of players like Yuzvendra Chahal and Rashid Khan to former Indian players and Dhoni's teammates, everyone went into frenzy after witnessing vintage Dhoni.

Amid anticipation of Dhoni's expected last dance at the Wankhede Stadium, where he hit a six to help India lift the ODI World Cup 2023, Thala walked into bat in the last



over of CSK's innings. The Wankhede crowd, who eagerly awaited Dhoni's arrival into the stadium, went berserk. Dhoni wasted no time as he slammed a six of the very first delivery he faced of Hardik Pandya. Continuing his fairytale finish at Wankhede, Thala Dhoni slammed 3 sixes on the trot to take CSK's total to 206 runs. 

Not just the fans, but the cricketers were also left stunned by Dhoni's finishing. The cricketing fraternity lauded Dhoni as unleashed some powerful stroke-making to properly CSK to a par-total.
