Former India all-rounders Irfan Pathan and his elder brother Yusuf Pathan will provide free meals to Covid positive people in home isolation in South Delhi.

Irfan Pathan took to Twitter on Wednesday and announced that Cricket Academy of Pathans (CAP) will assist the people in need amid the second wave of Covid-19 in the country.

Delhi has emerged as one of the worst hit cities as India continues to fight the deadly virus. With

new positive cases in thousands every single day, the bereaved nation is falling short of hospital beds, life-saving medicines and injections, and oxygen.

“While the nation is in the midst of second wave of COVID-19, it becomes our responsibility to come together and assist the people in need. Taking inspiration from the same, Cricket Academy of Pathans (CAP) is going to provide free meals to COVID-19 affected people in South Delhi,” Irfan tweeted.
