Commonwealth Games 2022 to begin today at Birmingham in UK

Birmingham: The Commonwealth Games 2022 will begin today in UK. The opening ceremony of the 12-day event will begin at 11:30 PM Indian time at Alexander Stadium in Birmingham. More than 5,000 athletes from 72 countries will participate in 280



medal events across 19 sports. India, which has sent a 215 member contingent, will participate in 16 events. Ace Indian Shuttler PV Sindhu will lead Indian contingent.
