The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will hold its elections and annual general meeting (AGM) at its headquarters in Mumbai on September 18. The main agenda of the meeting will be to select two representatives of the IPL governing council.

In the notification sent to the members, the BCCI told them to select their representatives who should be included in the electoral roll for the elections. The deadline for the members to file the applications for their representatives will be on August 31. The release of the draft electoral



roll will be on September 1 and the nominations can be filled on September 9 and 10, during the window of 11 am to 4 pm.

The announcement list of the contesting candidates will be released on September 12, followed by the elections. The result will also be announced on September 18.

The board will also be inducting one representative from the Indian Cricketers’ Association into the IPL. Another pointer on the agenda will be the appointment of BCCI’s representative(s) at the International Cricket Council (ICC).
