Ajay Jayaram enters men's singles quarter-finals of Chinese Taipei tournment

Indian shuttler Ajay Jayaram entered the men's singles quarter-finals of the Chinese Taipei Badminton tournament in Taiwan on Thursday.

However, his compatriot

Sourabh Verma crashed out. World No. 58 Jayaram defeated 75th ranked Kim Jung Bruun of Denmark 2-nil. Sourabh lost to Riichi Takeshita of Japan 2-1.
