Bahujan Samaj Party has released a list of 53 candidates for the fourth phase of Uttar Pradesh Assembly election. The party has announced its candidates on all nine seats in Lucknow district. The party has fielded Anil Pandey from Lucknow Cantt seat, Jagdish Rawat from Malihabad, Mohan Bajpai from Lakhimpur and Meesam Ammar Rizvi from Mahmudabad in Sitapur district.
 
Samajwadi Party has also announced its candidates on eight assembly constituencies. Some of the prominent names include Ambrish Pushkar from Mohanlalganj, Sushila Saroj from Malihabad in Lucknow, Mohd. Hassan Roomi from Kanpur Cantt, Nadira Sultan from Patiyali in Kasganj.
 
An ally of Samajwadi Party, Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party has also announced its candidates on three seats. The party has fielded Sunil Arkvanshi from Sandila in Hardoi.
 
BJP also released another list of 91 candidates for Uttar Pradesh Assembly Polls. Minister in present Government Surya Pratap Sahi to fight from Pathardeva seat,



Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi to contest from Allahabad South constituency and Minister Suresh Pasi to fight from Jagdishpur. Party has fielded former Lok Sabha MP Neelam Sonkar from Lalganj.
 
With the date of polling drawing closer in Uttar Pradesh, political parties are trying their best to reach out to voters. BJP’s national president JP Nadda campaigned for the party candidate in Shahjahanpur and Faridpur in Bareilly today. 

He also conducted door-to-door campaigns and addressed the party’s events. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also held a door-to-door campaign in Meerut and addressed party functions at Hastinapur and Garhmukteshwar in Hapur.
 
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and Rashtriya Lok Dal chief Jayant Chaudhary also addressed a joint press conference in Muzaffarnagar.

Meanwhile, Congress’ General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra held a virtual interaction with the voters.
