Prime Minister Narendra Modi called up Edappadi K. Palaniswami to congratulate him on taking over as Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

"Spoke to Thiru Edappadi K. Palaniswami & congratulated him on taking over as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu," Modi tweeted.
