Party will not allow to introduce Citizenship Amendment Bill in Parliament: Rahul

Congress President Rahul Gandhi has assured the people of the northeast region that the party will not allow to introduce the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) in Parliament. 

Addressing a poll rally at Khumulwng near Agartala on Wednesday afternoon, he said that Congress, if comes to power, will



introduce a scheme of guaranteed minimum income for the poor.

Launching the election campaign for the party, Mr Gandhi slammed the ruling NDA government on several issues like demonetization, non-waiver of farmers’ loans, and unemployment.
