BJP has a clean sweep in Madhya Pradesh. BJP has won all the 29 seats in the state. Congress has not been able to get even a single seat in the state.
On the victory in the state and across the country, vijay Utsav was celebrated yesterday in the state BJP office in Bhopal.
Many senior leaders including Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, BJP State President Vishnudutt Sharma and former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan participated in it.
BJP has got the biggest victory in the Lok Sabha history in Indore. Shankar Lalwani has won by a record 11 lakh 75 thousand 92 votes. NOTA was at second place on the Indore seat. NOTA has got two lakh 18 thousand 674 votes. This is also a record.
At the same time, former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has won from Vidisha by 8 lakh 21 thousand votes. Jyotiraditya Scindia has won from Guna seat by more than five lakh votes.
Alok Sharma from Bhopal and party’s state president VD Sharma from Khajuraho have also won by more than five lakh votes. All the three Union Ministers who contested from MP have won by a huge margin.
Congress’ heavyweight and candidate from Rajgarh seat Digvijay Singh lost by more than 1.4 lakh votes and Congress candidate from Chhindwara Nakul Nath also faced defeat.
