West Bengal reports 769 Covid positive cases

Kolkata: In West Bengal, the number of covid-19 positive cases has slightly risen to 769 in the past 24 hours. The state has reported 8 deaths on 31st July while the figure was 5 on the day before. The fatality rate remains at 1.19 percent for the past few days.

Nearly 15 lakh



Covid patients have been recovered till date, taking the recovery rate to 98.09%. Meanwhile, the state has inoculated nearly 2 crore 97 lakh people so far. Over 2 crore 9 lakhs have got the first dose while around 87 lakh got the second dose.
