West Bengal reports 2,783 new Covid-19 cases

Two  thousand 7 hundred and 83 new cases of Covid-19 has been reported in poll bound West Bengal in the last 24 hours.

 

According to the state health department, 7 more persons have died during this period, taking the toll to 10 thousand 3 hundred

957 persons were discharged as the recovery rate declined to 95.61%. The total number of active cases stands at 16 thousand 109.Meanwhile, around 2.4 lakh people have been vaccinated against the virus, taking the cumulative number of people vaccinated so far to more than 73 lakh.
