UAE registers 528 new Covid-19 cases

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Monday reported 528 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 424 recoveries and one death.

Today's announcement takes the total number of cases to 52,068, while recoveries stand at 40,721. The death toll rises to



324.

The new cases were identified through additional 28,000 tests.

The daily number of cases has "slightly increased" in the last few days, said Dr Amna Al Dahhak Al Shamsi, spokesperson for the UAE Government, in a press conference on Monday.
