UAE logs 1,007 fresh Covid-19 cases, 1 death

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Saturday, September 12, reported 1,007 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 521 recoveries. It also announced a death due to complications caused by the



virus. 

This is the first time that daily Covid-19 infections have crossed the 1,000 mark, making Saturday's cases the highest recorded in the country.

The new cases were identified after conducting additional 95,287 tests.
