Two nurses tested positive for Covid-19 at Mumbai's Wockhardt Hospital, state authorities confirmed.

The two -- one man and a woman tested positive for coronavirus over the weekend. Both came in contact with a 70-year-old patient who underwent angioplasty. The patient didn’t exhibit Covid-19 symptoms at the time but later tested positive.

Dr Parag Rindani, associate vice-president of Wockhardt Hospital, Both of them are doing well. We hope they will test negative

soon.

One more nurse from Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai also reportedly tested positive for coronavirus. The patient she was treating didn’t have symptoms of Covid-19 or any international travel history.

After eight cases of coronavirus were confirmed in the Worli-Koliwada area of Mumbai, 36 high-risk contacts were traced and sent for testing. Areas, where these contacts stay, have been divided into four categories -- epicentre cluster, high-risk contacts, containment zone and buffer zone. A map of the same has been made.
