Saudi Arabia witnesses 1,569 new Covid-19 cases

The Saudi Arabia health ministry on Wednesday reported 1,569 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 2,151 recoveries.

Thirty-six deaths were also reported.

This takes the



total number of reported cases in the country to 293,037, and recoveries to 257,269. The death tally has now climbed to 3,269.

Of the 32,499 active cases in the Kingdom, 1,826 are critical, the ministry added.
