Saudi Arabia witnesses 1,389 new Covid-19 cases

The Saudi Arabia health ministry on Wednesday reported 1,389 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 1,626 recoveries.

Thirty-six deaths were also reported.

This



takes the total number of cases in the kingdom to 282,824, and recoveries to 245,314. The death tally has now climbed to 3,020.

There are 34,490 active cases in the country, of which 1,991 are critical.
