Odisha reports 290 new Covid-19 cases

In Odisha, Covid-19 active caseload has further spiked to 1,650. It follows the detection of 290 cases in the last 24 hours. Over the last few days, Covid-19 trajectory in the state depicts the virus inching upwards.

The state, that had been reporting daily cases below



100 has of late started reporting  200 plus cases daily. Meanwhile, the state government has already announced restrictions on public celebrations of a number of upcoming festivals in the state including Holi today, as a covid-19 containment measure
