Maharashtra reports 4.067 new Coronavirus cases

Mumbai: Maharashtra on Sunday reported 4,067 new cases of coronavirus infection taking the total cumulative caseload to 64,86,174.

According to the state’s public health department, 5,916 people were discharged from hospital after recovering from infection yesterday.

With this, the total number of



recovered patients reaches 62,94,767. On the other hand, the death toll has risen by 67 to 1,37,774.

The state currently has an active caseload of 50,095.

Maharashtra’s recovery rate stands at 97.05 percent while the case fatality rate stands at 2.12 percent.
