Maharashtra records 5,984 new coronavirus cases, tally reaches to 16,01,365

In Maharashtra, only 5,984 new corona patients have been diagnosed today. 15 thousand 69 patients have been cured in the last 24 hours. A total of 13 lakh 84 thousand 879 new Corona patients have been released from the state so far. As a result, the recovery rate of patients in the state is 86.48 per cent. In the last 24 hours, 125 crore infected patients have died in the



state. 

Out of 81 lakh 85 thousand 778 laboratory samples tested till date, 16 lakh 1 thousand 365 samples have tested positive. At present 24 lakh 14 thousand 577 persons are home quarantine in the state while 23 thousand 285 persons are institutional quarantine. This information has been given by the Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra.
