New Delhi: India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed 155 crore 92 lakh mark. Out of the total vaccination, more than 90 crore 37 lakh vaccine doses were administered as first dose while 65 crore 16 lakh doses given as second dose. 

Union Health Ministry said, more than 37 lakh 50 thousand Precaution Doses for the identified categories of beneficiaries for COVID vaccination have been administered so far. Over



3 crore 23 lakh vaccine doses have been given to Children aged 15 to 18 years so far. 

The Ministry also said, over 49 lakh 33 thousand Vaccine Doses have been administered till 7 PM yesterday. The vaccination exercise as a tool to protect the most vulnerable population groups in the country from COVID-19 continues to be regularly reviewed and monitored at the highest level.
