Gujarat records 7410 new Coronavirus cases in last 24 hours

In Gujarat, the new cases of Covid19 on a daily basis have crossed the record 7 thousand mark. With constant increase in new cases, the recovery rate has dropped to 87.96 percent. Gujarat has recorded 7410 new cases of Covid19 yesterday.

Maximum 2491 new cases reported from Ahmedabad, while Surat recorded 1424 new cases. 2642 patients recovered and were discharged from the various hospitals. 73 patients lost their lives



yesterday. With these, the death toll due to Covid19 in the state has reached up to 4995.

Gujarat has now 39250  active cases at present, out of which 254 patients are on ventilators. Meanwhile, 1 lakh 66 thousand 698 persons were vaccinated in the state yesterday. With these, the vaccination of 97 lakh 32 thousand 548 persons have been completed till now.
