Fresh cases of Covid-19 are constantly reducing in Gujarat

In Gujarat, the fresh cases of Covid19 are constantly reducing. The recovery rate has further improved to 96.28 per cent. COVID-19 vaccination drive is progressing smoothly in the state.

11,352 persons were given Covid19 vaccine in Gujarat yesterday. With this the total persons received the Covid19 vaccine have reached up to 47,203. 

Meanwhile, Gujarat has recorded 451 new cases of Covid19. The total number of Covid19 cases detected so far in Gujarat has



reached up to 2 lakh 57 thousand 964.

Out of these, 2 lakh 48 thousand 650 patients recovered. 700 patients were discharged from the hospitals after recovery during the past 24 hours. 91 new cases reported from Ahmedabad, while Surat recorded 96 new cases. At present total active cases in the state are 5240, out of which 51 patients are on ventilator.  2 patients died yesterday taking the total deaths due to Covid19 up to 4,374.
