Delhi records 1,313 fresh Covid-19 cases

New Delhi: A total of one thousand 313 fresh Covid-19 cases were reported in Delhi yesterday. It is the highest single-day rise since 30th May this year when the city recorded 946 new cases. No fatality has been reported in the last 24 hours.

As per the health bulletin of Delhi, Covid positivity presently stands at 1.73 percent. Delhi is continuously witnessing rising cases of Omicron variant of Covid-19. So



far, over 263 cases have been reported in Delhi of Omicron variant. There are over three thousand active cases in Delhi at present.

Meanwhile, Delhi Government has decided that International passengers testing positive for COVID upon arrival at the IGI Airport to isolate at designated paid and free facilities like hotels and Covid Care Centres set up by various Districts.
