COVID-19: Total cases in Kerala rise to 213

The Covid 19 cases has further risen in Kerala. 32 more Covid 19 positive cases are confirmed in kerala, taking the total number of infected patients in the State to 213. 

 

More than 1,57,000 people are under observation in the State.Among this 623 people are in hospitals and rest in home quarantine.Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the Government is committed to protecting migrant labourers in Kerala and will ensure that they dont face any difficulty. Meanwhile a 98year old and 88 year old had completely recovered from Covid 19in the



State.

 

These two elder persons from Pathanamthitta, where on treatment in Kottayam Medical College for Covid 19 infection which they got from primary contact with their family members who returned from Italy.

 

The two old people was also sufferinf from other old age diseases.

 

State Health Minister K.K.Shailaja said that their recovery from Covid 19 brings lot of hope and confidence in our system when many countries are struggling to save the lives especially of old age individuals.
