COVID-19 cases increase to 2,248 in Delhi

A total of 92 new confirmed cases of novel coronavirus have been reported in Delhi during the last twenty four hours taking the total number of cases to two thousand two hundred forty eight.

Delhi government has confirmed that 724 patients have been cured and discharged so far and 48 deaths have been reported in the National Capital. A total one thousand six hundred eighty two tests have been conducted



yesterday. Overall, 28 thousand 309 tests have been conducted so far.

Meanwhile, Delhi government has extended its list of cluster containment zones to 89 to contain the spread of COVID-19. Both the newly demarcated containment zone is located in F Block in Lado Sarai. Orders have been given to seal the demarcated zones under the Operation Shield of the Delhi government.
