Coronavirus situation is under control in Russia: Prez Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the coronavirus situation is under control in Russia and outbreaks of infection has been contained. Russia has reported 114 cases of coronavirus, up from 93 on Monday, with no fatalities.

The country



is closing its borders to foreigners today and cultural and sports events have been suspended. Russian President told a cabinet meeting that the country is able to contain mass penetration and spread of the pandemic.
