278 new COVID-19 cases in Gujarat

Gujarat reported 278 fresh coronavirus cases, taking the tally in the state to 2,66,034, the state health department said.

With a person succumbing to the infection in Ahmedabad, the death



toll in the state went up to 4,403, it said.

A total of 273 people were discharged during the day, taking the number of recoveries in Gujarat to 2,59,928, the department said in a release.
