19,622 new Coronavirus cases reported in Kerala

Kochi: Kerala continues to report spike in Covid cases as it confirmed 19,622  new positive cases yesterday. The test positivity rate in Kerala is 16.74 percent at present. 132 deaths were also confirmed due to Covid taking the overall death count to 20,673. 22,563  recoveries were also reported. At



present, 2, 09,493  is the active caseload  in the state.

Meanwhile, night curfew was imposed in the state from last night onwards. The curfew is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There will be strict travel restrictions except for essential services.
