183 new Covid cases reported in Telangana

Hyderabad: Telangana reported 183 new Covid infections and one fatality on Thursday taking the cumulative number of deaths to 3,943 and the total number of positive cases to 6,69,739. The number of active cases in Telangana, as on Thursday, was 3,967.

The authorities on Thursday conducted 41,363 Covid tests of which results of 1,644 samples were awaited. A total of 183 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 98.81 per cent on Thursday. So far, a total of 2,71,97,428 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 6,69,739 have tested positive and 6,61,829 persons have recovered.

the districts included one from Adilabad, four from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 59 from areas under GHMC, six from Jagtyal, one each from Jangaon and ad Jogulamba Gadwal, 18 from Karimnagar, 12 from Khammam, one from Komarambheem Asifabad, six from Mahabubabad, five from Mancherial, one from Medak, eight from Medchal-Malkajgiri, one from Nagarkurnool, eight from Nalgonda, one each from Nirmal and Nizamabad, three from Peddapalli, one from Rajanna Siricilla, 15 from Rangareddy, one from Sangareddy, three from Siddipet, five from Suryapet, one each from Vikarabad and Wanaparthy, three from Warangal Rural, 13 from Warangal Urban and three from Yadadri Bhongir.
