1,469 new Covid-19 cases in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Arabia health ministry on Saturday, August 8, reported 1,469 new Covid-19 cases, along with 1,492 recoveries.

Thirty-seven deaths were also reported in the country as a result of the illness. This takes the



total number of cases in the Kingdom to 287,262 and recoveries to 250,440. The death toll has now risen to 3,130.

There are over 33,692 active cases in the country, of which 1,828 are critical, the health ministry said.
