1,222 new coronavirus cases, 18 deaths in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh on Saturday recorded 1,222 new coronavirus cases, which pushed its caseload to 159,158, while 18 fatalities took the death toll to 2,753, a health official said.

 

1,434 patients were discharged from hospitals in the last 24 hours,



taking the state's overall recovery count to 142,707.

 

Three patients died in Bhopal, two in Harda and one each in Indore, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Dhar, Shahdol, Betul, Chhindwara, Sehore, Damoh, Balaghat, Khandwa, Anuppur and Chhatarpur, the official said.
