Actor Tiger Shroff’s team issued a statement after the shooting incident involving the actor on Sunday, October 18. Addressing reports circulating online, the team clarified that the actor has not issued any statements, released videos, or authorised any official communication regarding the incident or subsequent developments.

The official clarification comes amid reports of misinformation, scripted narratives, and AI-generated content spreading across digital platforms.

In the statement, Team Tiger expressed concern over unauthorised content, saying, "We would like to categorically clarify that Tiger Shroff has made no statements, released no videos, and authorised no communication regarding the recent incident or any related developments. It has come to our attention that several social media pages and digital platforms are

circulating fabricated stories, AI-generated videos and scripted narratives, falsely attributed to Tiger. These are completely false, unauthorised and intended to mislead the public (sic)."

Urging digital platforms and media outlets to maintain journalistic responsibility, the team added, "We do not endorse, support, or have any association with such content. We urge media outlets, digital platforms and social media pages to exercise responsibility, verify information before publishing, and refrain from creating or amplifying misinformation for engagement or monetary gain (sic)."

The team warned that those creating or circulating misleading content could face legal consequences. It said it was taking cognisance of such instances and reserved the right to pursue legal remedies, urging the public to rely only on verified updates from official channels.
