Sreeleela's mother dismisses Tilak Verma dating buzz, she is focussed on NEET-PG June exams

Sreeleela's mother, Dr Swarnalatha, has addressed the recent rumours linking the actor with cricketer Tilak Varma, saying the claims are false and the actor is busy with the preparation for the NEET PG exams. The speculation began after a light-hearted exchange involving Tilak and his teammate Suryakumar Yadav went viral, leading to widespread chatter on social media that Sreeleela and Tilak had been dating for the past year.

As the rumours gathered pace over the past few days, both Sreeleela's team and her mother firmly denied them. While her team said the two had never even met or spoken, Dr Swarnalatha said her daughter is currently focused on her films and studies, including preparation for her NEET-PG examination scheduled in



June.

Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, Dr Swarnalatha denied the reports in clear terms. She said, "These rumours are absolutely false and have no truth in them. We do not know how such stories emerge. There is not even an iota of truth in reports claiming that Sreeleela and Tilak Varma have been seeing each other for the past year. It is purely a figment of imagination."

She also said that Sreeleela is concentrating on work and academics at present. ?She is preparing for her NEET-PG examination scheduled in June. Right now, her concentration is entirely on studies and films. She has another five to six years ahead for such personal matters and is balancing both academics and career very well,? she said.
