Rishab Meets Travancore Royal Family, Visits Padmanabhaswamy Temple

Actor-filmmaker Rishab Shetty of Kantara fame and his wife, Pragathi Shetty, recently visited Thiruvananthapuram on a special invitation from the Travancore Royal Family. 

The couple was warmly welcomed at the royal residence, marking a unique convergence of cinema, culture, and spirituality. During their interaction, they met Her Highness Padma Shri Dr. Aswathi Thirunal Gowri Lakshmi Bayi Thampuratty, alongside Prince Marthanda



Varma and Prince Aditya Varma. 

The meeting resonated strongly with Rishab, whose acclaimed Kantara franchise draws deeply from Indian folklore and indigenous heritage. He reflected that engaging with such timeless cultural traditions beyond cinema continues to fuel his artistic journey. 

The couple also visited the revered Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple to offer prayers and seek divine blessings.
