Actor Prakash Raj reacted to activist Sonam Wangchuk ending his 26-day fast, describing him as the "nation's conscience". He also questioned the delay in the resignation of Union Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan.

In posts on X, Raj responded to Wangchuk's announcement about breaking the fast and separately raised questions about Pradhan. His remarks focused on Wangchuk's sacrifice and on the continued delay over the minister's resignation.

Responding to Wangchuk, Raj wrote, "Thank you @Wangchuk66 sir for your sacrifice and for

being the conscience of the nation..(sic)."

In another post, he asked, "Why are they delaying Dharmendra Pradhans resignation.. Is Shikshan Manthri more powerful than the Pradhan Manthri #justasking (sic)."

Prakash Raj was among the Indian film actors who joined the Cockroacj Janta Party's (CJP) student-led protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. The actor also supported Wangchuk over his hunger strike seeking justice for students affected by the NEET paper leak, which sparked nationwide discussions on the education system.
