Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 gets a new release date, now to hit theatres in 2027

Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 is taking a little longer to reach cinemas, with the sequel to Dibakar Banerjee’s 2006 comedy now getting a revised release plan. Nearly two decades after the original film followed a middle-class Delhi family caught in a property battle, the new film is bringing back several familiar faces.

Anupam Kher and Boman Irani are returning, while Tara Sharma, Ranvir Shorey, Kiran Juneja and Parvin Dabas are also back. Ravi Kishan and



Divya Khosla Kumar are among the new additions as filming continues in Delhi and nearby locations.

The makers announced on social media that the film will now release on March 5, 2027. It was earlier slated to release on August 28, 2026. Sharing a new poster featuring the returning cast, they wrote, "Deal sealed! The Khoslas are ready to take possession of cinemas with #KhoslaKaGhosla2, arriving on the big screen on 5th March 2027! (sic)"
