BJP MP and actor Kangana Ranaut has intensified her criticism of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), calling its spokesperson Saurav Das "useless and unemployed" in a series of Instagram Stories. The remarks came just a few hours after Das criticised Kangana over her controversial comments on Gen-Z and the CJP-led NEET-UG 2026 protests.

On Tuesday, Kangana Ranaut shared a screenshot of Das's recent ANI interview and questioned his claim of being a student.

"Googled this person, and he is 28 years old, how he claims to be a student I have no clue (sic)," she wrote. The actor, 40, then defended her own achievements, saying she had already won two National Awards by the time she was Das's age.

"Yes, I am in politics for the past two years, but I have been in public life for the last 20 years. At his age, I had two National

Awards. As a new parliamentarian, I was overwhelmed with work because I am also a filmmaker, performing artist, producer, screenwriter and entrepreneur (sic)," she continued.

Ranaut went on to call Das "totally useless and unemployed", adding, "He will never understand what it means to be in massive demand at all times. Dear Saurav, your issues are personal. You are not a student, you are simply useless. Let's start with learning some skill (sic)."

In an earlier Instagram Story, Ranaut had criticised videos from the CJP protests, describing them as "puke-inducing".

"Never in my life have I seen so much ugliness in one place. The way they speak and the kind of language they use. You call yourselves cockroaches and look and behave like them as well (sic)," she wrote, adding that she needed a "digital detox" after watching the clips.
