Vishal Bhardwaj's 'O'Romeo' to release on Valentine's Day 2026

Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri have joined forces for Vishal Bhardwaj’s action-packed thriller. The film, which wrapped its shoot in Spain this August, has now entered post-production. The makers revealed its title and first poster, announcing that 'O’ Romeo will hit theatres on Valentine’s Day 2026.

The first poster did not reveal his face; however, fans are curious to know more about the film. Sharing the first poster, Nadiadwala Grandson wrote on Instagram, “Aa raha hai #ORomeo.. this Valentine’s Day. #SajidNadiadwala Presents A @vishalrbhardwaj Film (sic).”

After wrapping the film, Shahid wrote a note



sharing a picture from the set.

He wrote, “And it’s a WRAP. My 4th collaboration with this special man @vishalrbhardwaj. Excitement levels are off the charts. Our secretly titled soon to be soon-to-be-announced film is done. As always, it’s a new world and a madly different character for me to play. A titular part from him for the 3rd time. I am one of the KAMINEY. I am HAIDER, and now I am .. (firecracker emojis) (sic).”

'O' Romeo' also stars Nana Patekar, Randeep Hooda, Avinash Tiwary, and Disha Patani, among others. Produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment film, the movie will release on February 13, 2026.
