Vijay-Rashmika set to get married in an intimate Udaipur ceremony

Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are all set to get married in less than two weeks. While the two have remained tight-lipped about their relationship and the upcoming wedding celebrations, pictures of the wedding reception invite are doing the rounds on social media, providing a confirmation.

Vijay and Rashmika are one of the popular on-screen pairs in Telugu cinema. The two have known each other since 2017. What began as friendship and comradeship eventually blossomed into love. Now that the two are all set to take their relationship to the next level, let us take a look at their plans.

The Dear Comrade actors got engaged in a low-key ceremony at Vijay's Hyderabad residence on October 3, 2025. However, no pictures or confirmation were shared by the actors, their family or their managers. Recently, reports emerged that the couple has opted for a destination wedding.

The leaked invite confirms the date of their wedding as February 26. It read, "With the love and blessings of our facilities, Rashmika and I will be getting married



on February 26 in a small and intimate ceremony."

Sources, however, have confirmed that the couple is likely to head to Udaipur for their wedding. Their family members, close friends and a few people from the film industry are expected to be invited for the intimate wedding.

It has been reported that the pre-wedding festivities are expected to commence on February 24, leading to their February 26 wedding. The couple will follow Telugu and Coorgi customs to honour both their lineages.

A few days after their wedding, Vijay and Rashmika will host a reception in Hyderabad. The leaked invite suggests that the reception will be held at Taj Krishna in Hyderabad's Banjara Hills on March 4 from 7 pm onwards.

Their reception invite letter bore the initials VD, along with pink and yellow flowers.

The grand reception will be attended by the who's who of the Telugu film industry. Recently, Vijay Deverakonda visited Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to personally invite him to the wedding.
