Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela, who made her Bollywood debut with 2013 movie Singh Saab The Great, has added another feather to her cap. 

The former International beauty queen was recently awarded the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award under the 'Best promising Performer Category' for her special song in the movie 'Kaabil' on the song Saara Zamaana.

Urvashi quips, “This is a huge honour for me. I never expected this award



to come my way. It was an honour receiving this award with the likes of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Hema Malini on the dais. This is a huge achievement for me. I am truly humbled.”

The talented actress, who hails from Uttarakhand, has not only brought pride to the hill-folks but she has also put the hill-state on the world map of entertainment.The event was put together on the occasion of Dada​sahe​b Phalke's 148th anniversary in Mumbai.
