Shark Tank found a huge audience in India. Produced by StudioNext, the show has had a great impact on Indian culture, helping promote an optimistic view of entrepreneurship and introduce an entirely new genre to reality entertainment audiences. Shark Tank India will now come to the audiences in a new format. It will be published as the official book of the show in association with Juggernaut Books.

Meanwhile, Shark Tank India 2, that premiered on January 2 this year, sees entreprenuers from different walks of life pitching their brands to some big-shot investors, also called Sharks. The Sharks include Amit Jain, Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh and Anupam Mittal. There were four pitches in the episode.

Targeted to fans of the show and aspiring entrepreneurs, the book on Shark Tank features exclusive content and advice from the show’s Sharks and select participants. Packed with tips and straight--talking advice,

the book outlines how the Sharks have handled successes and failures.

Shark Tank India is available for pre-order on Amazon and will be published later across all bookstores. The book is also available on Kindle.

Danish Khan, Head - Sony LIV, Sony Entertainment Television & Studio Next, said, "Shark Tank India is not just an entertainment show, it has had a strong impact on Indian pop-culture - making people more optimistic about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem. Somewhere we feel that the show has made a tremendous contribution in shaping the entrepreneurial culture that’s spreading across India and we believe the book will further deepen this movement."

Chiki Sarkar, Publisher, Juggernaut Books, said, "Shark Tank India and its Sharks have inspired all of India with their experiences and advice and energy. I am delighted that we will be publishing a book that bottles this magical combination."
