Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback on the big screen after a gap of almost four years has really paid the actor well. The actor’s latest release, Pathaan is currently in its fourth week and is still ruling the roost. Despite new films (Shehzada and Marvel's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania) being released, the film showed no signs of slowing down. And, now, it has been learned that the YRF’s espionage thriller is all set to release in Bangladesh.

SRK’s Pathaan hit the cinema halls on January 25. Since then, there is no looking back for the film as it is soaring the grandeur of success. Amid all the outpour of love and appreciation, the film is slated to release in Bangladesh on February 24. The date was announced by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting at a press conference on February

19.

Previously, a total of 19 film associations decided that there should not be any problems in releasing Hindi films in Bangladeshi cinema halls. Hence, that paved a way for SRK’s action thriller Pathaan to be released in Bangladesh without any restrictions.

The decision to release the Hindi movies was made by the film association during a meeting at the Bangladesh Film Development Corporation on February 12. The association also suggested that 10 Hindi films should be released in Bangladeshi theatres every year.

As per various media reports, a meeting held earlier on January 24, regarding the release of the film concluded that Pathaan was not going to be released in Bangladesh due to some legal complications. But, now it seems like the huge popularity and the success made the Ministry change their decision.
