Sridevi’s biography titled Sridevi – The Life of a Legend to release this year

It would be an understatement to say that Sridevi was one of Indian cinema’s finest performers. The celebrated artist stunned many with her impressive performances, elegant personality and magical screen presence. The legend, unfortunately, passed away in 2018, leaving a void in the industry. A biography titled Sridevi – The Life of a Legend will capture key aspects of her life and career.

On Wednesday, February 8, Boney Kapoor announced that Sridevi’s biography is in the works and



will be released later this year. Speaking about the same, he called his late wife a ‘force of nature’.

“Sridevi was a force of nature. She was the happiest when she shared her art on screen with her fans but she was also a fiercely private person. Dhiraj Kumar is someone she considered family. He is a researcher, writer, and columnist. We are happy that he is writing a book that befits her extraordinary life,” he said.

It will be published by Westland Books.
