Salman Khan meets brave 9-year-old cancer survivour

Salman Khan, known for his philanthropy, recently met Jaganbir, a resilient child who, at the age of 4 in 2018, overcame cancer after nine rounds of chemotherapy. Jaganbir, now 9-years-old, first met Salman during his treatment. Despite losing his eyesight due to chemotherapy, Jaganbir recognised Salman through touch and the feel of his face and



bracelet.

Salman Khan promised to meet Jaganbir once he had successfully overcome his battle with cancer, motivating him to persevere like a brave fighter. Jaganbir emerged victorious over cancer the previous year; staying true to Salman’s pledge, they eventually met in December 2023 at Salman’s home in Bandra, honouring the commitment made during Jaganbir’s difficult treatment period.
