Riteish Deshmukh replaces Mahesh Manjrekar as host of 'Bigg Boss Marathi'

Actor Riteish Deshmukh will replace Mahesh Manjrekar as the host of the upcoming season of the popular TV show 'Bigg Boss Marathi'. The first promo for the fifth season was released on Colors Marathi's Instagram handle on May 21. In the teaser, Riteish teases fans about the forthcoming drama.

A new chapter unfolds in the popular reality show as Colors Marathi and JioCinema's official social media channels recently unveiled the teaser featuring the iconic Bigg Boss eye along with Riteish Deshmukh.

the unversed, Riteish Deshmukh has a strong connection with the Marathi film industry. He and his actor-wife Genelia Deshmukh worked together in their first film, titled 'Ved.' The Marathi blockbuster, which also marked Riteish's directorial debut, was released in theatres on December 30, 2022, and is currently streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.

Meanwhile, Riteish's 'Bigg Boss Marathi 5' will soon grace screens on Colors Marathi and subsequently on JioCinema. Further details including its release date is yet to be announced.
