Actor Ranbir Kapoor shared an update about 'Animal Park' on his 43rd birthday. The actor revealed that the shoot for Animal Park will begin in 2027. In 2024, producer Bhushan Kumar confirmed that the project will only begin shooting after ‘Spirit’ with Prabhas is complete.
Ranbir stated that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has been interacting with him about the idea and characters, and that it’s ‘crazy’. The 43-year-old went live on the official Instagram handle of his brand ‘Arks’ on his birthday. During the interaction with fans, he also shared an
update about 'Animal Park', and said, "'Animal Park' should start in 2027. Sandeep has been interacting with me on the idea, the music and the characters and it's just crazy, and I can’t wait to be on set."
'Animal Park' is a sequel to 'Animal' (2023), which also featured Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, Bobby Deol, Shakti Kapoor, Saurabh Sachdeva and others in key roles. Before 'Animal Park' goes on the floor, Ranbir will be seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s 'Ramayana Part 1', and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love And War’ - both scheduled to release in 2026.
