Mahira Khan, Mawra Hocane's pics removed from album covers amid India-Pak clash

Pakistani actors Mahira Khan and Mawra Hocane’s images were removed from the album covers of their films ‘Raees’ (2017) and ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ (2016). This comes amid ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan.

After the ban on Pakistani actors’ social media accounts in India, music



companies have started removing their images from Indian film album covers.

The ‘Raees’ album, which earlier showed Shah Rukh Khan with Mahira Khan, now features the superstar alone.

Similarly, ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ now shows only Harshvardhan Rane, with Hocane’s image removed.
