Kangana Ranaut actor-turned-politician returned to the runway on Friday night as the showstopper for designer Raabta by Rahul's bridal jewellery collection, Saltanat, in New Delhi. The event showcased Ranaut in a regal ivory saree, paired with ornate emerald and gold jewellery, drawing attention for her poised presence and elaborate styling.

Her appearance was met with enthusiasm from the audience, further marking her prominent role in India's fashion scene.

Ranaut's return to the ramp is significant as she had not walked for a major show in some time. Her ensemble included a heavily embroidered ivory drape, traditional accessories, and a flower-adorned bun, giving her a look described as timeless royalty. Over recent years, Ranaut has

made several appearances for top designers, including her showings at Lakme Fashion Week for Khadi India and Varun Chakkilam.

When asked at the event who from politics could best grace the runway, Ranaut named Prime Minister Narendra Modi as her ideal candidate. She stated, "Our Prime Minister. He can definitely. He's got great style," underlining her admiration for his sartorial presence as well as his leadership qualities.

Ranaut elaborated on her choice, saying, "And he's very aware. Not just politically, but socially. And he cares a great deal about Indian industries and Indian people. Making India his baby. So, I think he would be a great showstopper." Her remarks highlighted her perception of Modi's broad influence beyond politics.
